A planning tool only
Pack My Burn is a tool to help you prepare for Burning Man and similar events. It is not comprehensive. It is a starting point, not a guarantee — what you bring, forget, or decide, on or off the playa, is entirely your own responsibility.
Beta software, provided as-is
The app is a beta release, provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or disappear. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose (the app offers file export and a playa copy for exactly this reason).
Release of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Creatorie and Caroline Godwin are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this app — including anything you packed or failed to pack, event decisions, gear, health, or safety. Burning Man takes place in a harsh environment that can hurt you; read the official Survival Guide and prepare accordingly.
Your content
Lists, templates and notes you create are yours. Publishing a list to the shared library or sharing it with another user makes that content visible to those you shared it with, as you would expect.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass others, to share content you have no right to share, or to attempt to access other users' data.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the current version always lives at this address.
