What we store
Your packing lists, progress, profile details and address book are stored in a database account linked to the Google account you sign in with. Signing in with Google shares your email address with us; we use it to identify your account and to let other users share lists with you by email. We never see your Google password.
What we do with it
Your data exists to run the app for you: syncing your lists between your devices, and sharing lists with people you explicitly choose. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Anonymized usage
We collect anonymized usage analytics (via Google Analytics) — which features are used and how often — to improve the app. Anonymized usage patterns and feedback, stripped of anything identifying, may also be used to train and improve AI-assisted features of the app.
What stays on your device
Nothing is stored on your device unless you explicitly download a "playa copy" for offline use; that copy stays on your device until you remove it or sign out.
Deleting your data
Inside the app, Me → Delete account removes your account data from our database. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
